Onyx IPTV Support

Onyx IPTV is a player for playlists and subscriptions supplied by the user. It does not sell or provide TV channels, films, or IPTV subscriptions.

Connecting a provider

Open Settings → Connections → Add Provider. Choose M3U for a playlist URL or Xtream for a server URL, username, and password. Contact your IPTV provider if credentials or stream access do not work.

Testing without a provider

Select “Demo Playlist” during onboarding or from the connections screen. The demo contains public test streams and does not require an account.

Restore Onyx Pro

Open Settings → Onyx Pro → Restore Purchases. Use the same Apple Account that made the purchase. You can manage subscriptions in your App Store account settings on iPhone, iPad, or Apple TV.

Playback troubleshooting

• Confirm the same stream works in your provider's supported player.
• Check that the server URL, username, and password contain no extra spaces.
• Try Settings → Refresh Content or clear the local cache and reconnect.
• Some providers limit simultaneous streams or block VPN connections.

Onyx IPTV ist ein Player für vom Nutzer bereitgestellte Playlists und Abonnements. Die App verkauft oder liefert keine TV-Sender, Filme oder IPTV-Abonnements.

Anbieter verbinden

Öffne Einstellungen → Verbindungen → Anbieter hinzufügen. Wähle M3U für eine Playlist-URL oder Xtream für Server-URL, Benutzername und Passwort. Wenn Zugangsdaten oder Streams nicht funktionieren, kontaktiere bitte deinen IPTV-Anbieter.

Ohne Anbieter testen

Wähle im Onboarding oder in der Verbindungsliste „Demo Playlist“. Die Demo nutzt öffentliche Teststreams und benötigt kein Konto.

Onyx Pro wiederherstellen

Öffne Einstellungen → Onyx Pro → Käufe wiederherstellen. Verwende dasselbe Apple-Konto wie beim Kauf. Abonnements kannst du in den App-Store-Kontoeinstellungen auf iPhone, iPad oder Apple TV verwalten.

Probleme bei der Wiedergabe

• Prüfe, ob derselbe Stream im unterstützten Player deines Anbieters funktioniert.
• Prüfe Server-URL, Benutzername und Passwort auf zusätzliche Leerzeichen.
• Nutze Einstellungen → Inhalte aktualisieren oder leere den lokalen Cache.
• Einige Anbieter begrenzen parallele Streams oder blockieren VPN-Verbindungen.
